COSTUME Information

ENSEMBLE COSTUME SHEET:

**You can buy at Chorus line, Amazon (Capezio sells in several nude skin tones)

**Go to Target, Amazon, Walmart etc

Girls supply:

* Shoes: Tan (Nude) Jazz shoes (Chorus Line or other) No socks needed

Boys supply:

* Black tennis shoes. (no white on the bottom or side- just completely black)

* Black crew socks. (go to mid-calf- see photo on website)

Girls supply:

Shoes: Black jazz shoes: You wear these shoes the entire show. NO socks needed.

For Skirt and Peasant blouse-

Dull and Muted colors ONLY. (See sample photos on website)
Colors: Green, dark blues, earth tones, browns mustard, tan, maroon or off red.
NO black or white. They are poor peasant people.
NO ribbon, lace, pastel, black, white, cream, denim, neons, sparkles, embroidery, bright colors or logos. (See sample photos on website.)
Peasant blouse: Solid color ¾ sleeve OR ½ sleeve. Cream color ok for blouse ONLY.
Full skirt: See colors above. You can have a very small print on the skirt.
The skirt must be mid-calf in length.
Please do NOT purchase "too short" of a skirt. Longer is always better

Boys supply:

For Villager shirt & Pants-
These are the colors we are looking for:
Dull and Muted colors ONLY. (See samples on website)
Colors: Green, dark blues, earth tones, browns mustard, tan, maroon or off red.
NO black or white. They are poor peasant people.
NO pastel colors, black, white, cream, denim, neons, bright colors or any logos.
Villager Shirt: Long sleeve solid colored dress shirt from the Thrift store. Leave your shirt with us at Costume check. WE will cut off the collar to make it the correct style.
Be sure to write your name on a piece of tape, and put inside the shirt. Thank you!
Villager Pants: (samples on website) No skinny pants, tight fitting, or Cargo pants.
The pants need to be "classic style" pants.
YOU will cut them jagged style- at mid-calf AFTER we approve the pants, at Costume Check day.

Girls supply:

Shoes - Black character shoes ((Available at A Chorus Line or online) No socks.
Tights for Duloc- You will order Royal Blue tights that you will keep.

BOYS supply:

Black, gray, blue or brown pants: Classic cut pants from a Thrift shop or from your own closet. (NO skinny, no modern cut and NO jeans please).
********After you get them approved at Costume check day, you will cut them mid-calf for your PIRATE costume. (photos will be on the website to see where to cut)

Socks: For Pirate- Fun, brightly colored striped OR solid tall socks or knee socks.
Socks: For Duloc- Please order these socks that you will keep. They are $3.99.

neckline. (same as Matilda- hopefully you saved it).
Fairy Wings: You will purchase a specific color Fairy wings that you will keep. We will give you the links in mid-October, after the cast is split- so we have a variety of colors. TBA
