Paperwork Night 9/9 - 6-8:30
Please bring 6 or 7 forms with you on Mon. September 9th, for paperwork night.
Please read the Code of Conduct with your child or teen before September 9th.
Thank you for understanding that paperwork night is not a suggestion, it is a requirement, as it takes hours to organize 315 cast-members forms, read them, alphabetize, and be prepared for the first rehearsal.
All families bring these 6 forms. Bring Studio Waiver if you are a NEW family, and this is your first "large scale" theatre production with us. Charlie Brown does not count (small, black box theatre). Thank you!!

Code of Conduct (both parent and cast-member read and sign)

PAC Waiver- Voluntary Activities Participation form- List Cast-member name, and both parent names.

Studio Waiver (please print, read, sign, and bring if this is your 1st large scale production).
We will NOT have extra forms at the studio on paperwork night. Please plan ahead, and fill out beforehand.

You have 3 full weeks to get the paperwork ready. Thank you for making an effort for your child's participation.
At Paperwork night you will receive Schedule #1, Welcome Letter, and Production week agreement/Conflicts.
Thank you for putting Mon. September 9th on your calendar, and stop by the studio between 6-8:30.

Acting Workshop - Wed. September 11.
Class 1 and 2 are full. There are a few spots still available for class 3

If you are interested in “a little extra” Annie preparation, you may want to consider signing up for this Workshop.
​
This is OPTIONAL- and a great opportunity to work on Scenes and Characters, with some of our staff members; Leesa, and Zach before rehearsals begins.
​
Please make sure to PRACTICE any of the scenes, songs & lyrics on the website, so everyone has a head-start for auditions. The more you practice, the better you will be!

Class 1: 6:00-7:00 Annie, and Lead orphans - max 30 kids. (Full)

Class 2: 7:00-8:00 Annie, and Lead orphans - max 30 kids. (Full)

Class 3: 8:00-9:00 Hannigan, Rooster, Lily, Grace, Drake, Burt Healy - max 35 kids.
Sign-ups begin on Monday, September 2 at 8 am. Cost: $20

If she is on another line, be sure to leave a message, AND email your child’s name, grade, and which class they would like to JOIN. (Class 1, 2, or 3)

Our credit card company has made a change, and is now charging each transaction 3%. Yuk! You have 3 choices to pay for the class:

Drop by a check or cash at the studio between September 2-9. (or bring on paperwork night) Please make sure to put in a sealed envelope, and put your child’s name on it, and which class they are in.

Use your debit card with me over the phone- NO extra fees!

Use your credit card with me over the phone, and understand 3% will be added.
Please email me if you have any questions, and mark your calendar to sign up on Monday, September 2…..and to bring ALL paperwork on Mon. September 9th.
Important information
Paperwork night: Monday, September 9th 6:00 -8:30 pm at the ESCAPE Studio.
Daily schedule: Schedule 1 will be posted here nearer the time.
Rehearsals begin: Monday September 16th
DROP OFF & PICK UP
For the safety of our castmembers and to prevent car accidents, there is a single lane, one-way, system in effect at the ESCAPE studio. Please maintain a safe, slow, speed in the parking lots.
Valet drop-off at the times listed on the schedule. We will stop cars on the half hour for pickups. Please arrive and park before then. Note: The back lot fills up early. Save yourself going around and park in the front.
A and B group pickup: Park and walk to the big rollup back door to take the hand of your child, to walk away safely. For C group pickup, we will stop traffic for a few minutes while they walk to your car / parent. No drive by picks ups!

Please collect your performer and leave the pickup area promptly as we are stopping cars from leaving the back lot.
Code of Conduct
Within the grand tradition of theater, there stands a code of ethics that has been observed throughout time. It begins with an attitude of respect for others.
