Costume Check

Signup opens today at 7PM

Signup Guidelines:

On Monday April 21 beginning at 7pm you will be able to select the number (Quantity) of cast members who will arrive at the preferred time for your family.
Please select a 1-hour time slot that you will stop by-- for approximately 20 minutes.
We prefer that parents come with their youth or teen, so that staff can talk to you directly.
We have 37 slots available each hour.
WEAR your main costume, shoes, socks, and bring all other items with you, including undergarments.
When registering, simply count your cast member(s) - not yourself. You will provide your contact details then list the names of your cast member(s) on checkout.
Check your email spam folder for your registration confirmation.

Why does ESCAPE use so many different registration / RSVP / ticketing systems?

Good question! Basically, to reduce costs to save more for our productions. We previously used Eventbrite for Show Registration, Costume Checks and Parent Committee signups. Eventbrite is now a paid service - even for 'RSVPs' - so we now use the free service provided by our Web Site/CRM (Wix) for Costume Checks and Committees. Eventbrite is still used for registration because there are a few features we need to support that process. We recently moved from in-person / phone sales and paper tickets to online tickets / sales with a company called Arts People. They specialize in small theatre companies - having all the features we need (unlike Wix) and at a lower cost than Eventbrite.
